The vision and strategic growth behind Agentary. Graeme built the business from the ground up with one obsession: make every agent's media and marketing genuinely world-class.

Co-Director | CMO

Founder of DigitalSimple, with $1B+ in NZ property sales attributed to his campaigns. James built and leads REACH,  Agentary's vendor paid advertising system.

Joe Allison
Head of Real Estate Media

Leads all real estate shoots across Christchurch. Joe sets the visual standard for every property we photograph and film.

Oliver Watson
Head of Commercial Production

Leads Agentary Studios, our commercial and creative production arm. Ollie brings the same craft to brand films and campaigns.

Fynn McLaughlan
Real Estate Video Editor & Shooter

Fynn covers both sides of the lens. On location shooting and in the suite editing. Detail-oriented and versatile, he's a key part of keeping Real Estate Media running at pace without dropping the standard.

Georgia Winchester
Operations

Keeps the engine running. Georgia manages the day-to-day that makes everything else possible, from client coordination to internal workflows, the glue that keeps everything together.

Verity O'Brien
Marketing

Owns how Agentary shows up in the market. Verity leads the REACH product and ensures every agent gets set up to succeed from day one.

Max Keller
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Drives new relationships and works with agents from first conversation to fully onboarded. Max is usually the first person you'll speak to at Agentary.

Working remotely, Denys is our key to ensuring we are never too busy. Handles all overflow editing work to ensure your project never gets done late.
