Leadership
The vision and drive behind Agentary. Sam built the business from the ground up with one obsession: make every agent's media and marketing genuinely world-class.
The operational backbone. Graeme ensures everything runs at the standard it should — from client experience to internal systems to how the team shows up every day.
Founder of DigitalSimple, with $1B+ in NZ property sales attributed to his campaigns. James built and leads REACH — Agentary's vendor paid advertising system.
Production
Leads all real estate shoots across Christchurch. Joe sets the visual standard for every property we photograph and film.
Leads Agentary Studios — our commercial and creative production arm. Ollie brings the same craft to brand films and campaigns.
Self-taught from a young age, Harsh is the editing powerhouse who turns raw footage into sleek, story-driven content. He loves adding his own creative twist — and if he had his way, he'd shoot every project in Japan's cinematic streetscapes.
Fynn covers both sides of the lens — on location shooting and in the suite editing. Detail-oriented and versatile, he's a key part of keeping Real Estate Media running at pace without dropping the standard.
Operations & Marketing
Keeps the engine running. Emily manages the day-to-day that makes everything else possible — from client coordination to internal workflows.
Owns how Agentary shows up in the market. Verity leads REACH onboarding and ensures every agent gets set up to succeed from day one.
Drives new relationships and works with agents from first conversation to fully onboarded. Max is usually the first person you'll speak to at Agentary.
